All orders placed before 11:00 AM PT will ship the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off will ship the following business day before 4:00 PM PT. We dispatch parcels daily via Canada Post Express Post (or via an alternate courier upon request), and delivery will occur according to the carrier’s standard timelines.

No. We do not ship anywhere outside of Canada.

Yes of course. We ensure that your order is packaged with care and airtight. We also ship without any branding, so you can be sure that your privacy is protected.

Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery. All orders ship daily via Canada Post Express Post (or an alternative courier upon request), and delivery times depend on the carrier’s published timelines.

 We don’t accept returns at our warehouse (it’s strictly a shipping facility), but if your order is lost, damaged in transit, or the product has quality issues (e.g. melted gummies, mold, etc.), we will gladly process a full refund or exchange. Please note that any abuse of this policy may result in your membership being revoked.
