All orders placed before 11:00 AM PT will ship the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off will ship the following business day before 4:00 PM PT. What if I want a refund or to exchange and item?
We don’t accept returns at our warehouse (it’s strictly a shipping facility), but if your order is lost, damaged in transit, or the product has quality issues (e.g. melted gummies, mold, etc.), we will gladly process a full refund or exchange. Please note that any abuse of this policy may result in your membership being revoked.
