We try our best to answer support tickets in a timely manner. Our average response time is within 1 hour (during business hours, 9am-5pm PST).

We accept Interact e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX will be online in the following weeks, and Crypto Currencies Payment option will be ready end of February.  

All orders placed before 11:00AM PST will ship the same-day. If your order was placed after this cut off time, it will be shipped the following day before 5:00PM PST.

No. We do not ship anywhere outside of Canada. Zero exceptions.

Yes of course. We ensure that your order is packaged with care and vacuum sealed. There will be no smell. We also ship without any branding, so you can be sure that your privacy is protected.

Unfortunately we do not receive any returns to our warehouse as it is a shipping location only. If you have any troubles with your product such as it not arriving, damaged in transit, gummies melted, mold, etc. We will 100% honour your refund or exchange. We are a fair dispensary. However if we sense abuse of our fairness; your membership will be revoked.
