How do I sign up?

  2. Register for an account.
  3. You will receive 250 free ($25) points immediately to spend on our shop!

Is my package shipped safely & discreetly?

Yes of course. We ensure that your order is packaged with care and vacuum sealed. There will be no smell. We also ship without any branding, so you can be sure that your privacy is protected.

What if I want a refund or to exchange an item?

Unfortunately we do not receive any returns to our warehouse as it is a shipping location only. If you have any troubles with your product such as it not arriving, damaged in transit, gummies melted, mold, etc. We will 100% honour your refund or exchange. We are a fair dispensary. However if we sense abuse of our fairness; your membership will be revoked.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.

How do I get in contact with support?

We try our best to answer support tickets in a timely manner. Our average response time is within 1 hour (during business hours, 9am-5pm PST).

Can I order outside of Canada?

No. We do not ship anywhere outside of Canada. Zero exceptions.

When is my order going to ship?

All orders placed before 12:00PM PST will ship the same-day. If your order was placed after this cut off time, it will be shipped the following day before 5:00PM PST.
